I just got the 3-cd Collectables compilation "Crazy Rhythm" which
reissues 6 old Columbia LPs by Harry James. Some are themselves
reissues of the classic 40s material; others are "newly" recorded (in
the early 50s). As usual with Collectables, there is no personnel and
the liners aren't very helpful. I'm pretty sure Willie Smith played on
many of the 50s tracks.
